No Returns or Exchanges
Each journal is signed, handcrafted, and assembled specifically for your order. Due to the personalized nature of these pieces, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your journal arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for returning the product and covering all return shipping costs. Once the item is received and reviewed, a replacement may be considered at our discretion.
Her-After is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
