Shipping and Returns Policy

Welcome to Her-After.
Every journal, subscription package, and product is prepared with intention and care.
Please review our shipping and return policy before placing an order.

Processing and Shipping

For Journals and Subscriptions:

  • Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

  • Each package is prepared by hand to ensure quality and privacy.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

For Coaching and Courses:

  • Coaching sessions and courses are scheduled directly with Heather Owens after purchase.

  • These services are not shipped and will be arranged through email.

International Shipping

At this time, Her-After primarily ships within the United States.
If you are outside of the U.S., please contact us before placing an order to confirm whether shipping is available to your location and to receive a shipping quote.

Returns and Refunds

Because of the deeply personal and private nature of Her-After’s work:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any journals, subscriptions, or courses.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please email us at [insert email address] within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage.
We will work with you to provide a replacement if appropriate.

Subscriptions

Her-After subscriptions are physical packages mailed to you each month.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.

  • You may cancel at any time by contacting us at least 10 days before your next billing date.

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable.

Privacy

All orders and communications are kept private and confidential.
We will never sell or share your information with outside parties.
