Digital Product Policy

• Welcome to Her-After, a space created with intention and care to support those moving through grief. Every digital offering is designed to be accessed privately, gently, and at your own pace.

Delivery of Digital Products

• All Her-After digital products, including journals, reflections, and courses, are delivered digitally.

• Access is provided instantly through the website upon successful payment. Depending on the product, access may appear on the confirmation screen, within your account, or through an automated system.

• No physical items are shipped for digital purchases.

• If you experience difficulty accessing your digital content, please contact heatherowens@her-after.com and we will assist you.

Returns and Refunds for Digital Products

• Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned:

• All digital sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for downloadable products, digital courses, or coaching sessions.

• If a technical issue prevents access, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Coaching and Courses

• Coaching sessions are scheduled through the booking process provided at the time of purchase.

• Clients are responsible for selecting their session during booking.

• Access to course materials is provided digitally through the platform associated with the purchase.

Limited Signature Editions (Printed Products)

• Limited Signature Editions are physical, printed products released in small, intentional quantities.

• These editions are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Returns for Limited Signature Editions

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in original condition

• A return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• There is a physical defect or damage to the product

• Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

• Refunds are issued only after the damaged item is received and inspected.

• Refunds are not offered for normal wear, personal preference, or used items.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• Your privacy is respected. All purchases, communications, and personal information are handled with care and confidentiality.

• Her-After does not sell or share personal information with third parties.
