Processing and Delivery

Digital Products (Journals, Workbooks, and Reflections):

• All Her-After products are delivered digitally.

• Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an instant download link or access email.

• No physical items are shipped.

• If you do not receive your file or access email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact heatherowens@her-after.com for assistance.

Coaching and Courses:

• Coaching sessions and online courses are arranged directly with Heather Owens after purchase.

• Scheduling details and access instructions are sent to you by email within 24–48 hours.

Returns and Refunds

Because every Her-After product and experience is digital and deeply personal:

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for digital products, courses, or coaching sessions.

• If you experience technical issues or have trouble accessing your purchase, please reach out to us. We will gladly help resolve any access or download concerns.
