Welcome to Her-After. Every offering is created with intention, care, and respect for the deeply personal nature of navigating major life events. Please review the following policies before completing your purchase.

Digital Delivery and Access

All Her-After offerings, including journals, reflections, workbooks, and courses, are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

Access to digital purchases is provided immediately upon successful payment. Depending on the product, access may appear on the confirmation screen, within your account, or through an automated delivery system.

No physical items are shipped for digital purchases.

If you experience difficulty accessing your digital content, please contact heatherowens@her-after.com, and assistance will be provided.

Limited Signature Edition Shipping

Limited Signature Editions are physical, printed offerings released in small, intentional quantities and prepared with care.

These editions are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Processing and shipping times may vary due to the hand-prepared nature of these releases.

Returns and Refunds

Digital Products and Bookings

Due to immediate access provided for digital products and scheduled bookings, all digital sales are final.

Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not offered for digital products, courses, or booked sessions.

If a technical issue prevents access to purchased content, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue.

Limited Signature Editions

Returns for Limited Signature Editions are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in original condition

• The request is made within seven days of delivery

• There is a physical defect or damage to the product

Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are not offered for normal wear, personal preference, or used items.

Bookings and Scheduling

Any sessions or scheduled offerings are booked through the system provided at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for selecting an available time during the booking process.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected. All purchases, communications, and personal information are handled with care.

Her-After does not sell or share personal information with third parties.
