Welcome

You made it...

Welcome to

‘Tis the Season

This is a structured seasonal experience. A collection you move through in real time while the holidays are actually happening around you.

I meet you at the very first emotional pressure of the season and walk with you all the way through the aftermath that comes after New Year’s. Every edition handles a different phase of the holiday experience, and every single one builds on the previous one.

We are not talking about loss in broad, safe language. We focus on what actually happens when the calendar shifts into October, November, December, and January. You learn to prepare for the invitations, the overstimulation, the traditions, the guilt for smiling, the dread of celebrations, and the crushing silence after everyone leaves.

Each edition invites you to meet yourself where you are, one step deeper into the season and into your own understanding.

See you inside...

Once you are inside the experience you will understand.

Will this feel different? Yes, because this work is not passive. You are an active participant inside your own story. You begin speaking truths that have been buried. Through tactile projects and guided reflections, you begin confronting emotional masking. You start reconnecting to identity. You begin grounding yourself physically, emotionally, cognitively, and spiritually.

Well, how will I do all of that? Inside the experience, we start to learn about trauma-informed healing, cognitive restructuring, emotional repatterning, somatic grounding, identity reconstruction, subconscious processing, narrative reframing, resilience building, perceptual shifting, and neuro-somatic integration.

All those big words sound good, but how does this actually help me? Those deep healing modalities (big words) are translated into raw human experiences that you actively participate in experiences that, over time, become real tools you naturally begin using through practice and repetition.

Well, how do I do that? Inside you will find guided seasonal grief experiences, reflection systems, interactive projects, ritual-based healing moments, scavenger hunts, mirror work, grounding exercises, truth-telling frameworks, memory integration practices, identity rebuilding prompts, and seasonal emotional preparation systems. This collection refuses to look away. Instead, it addresses the deepest, darkest emotional realities inside grief. Because you do not just grieve the person. You grieve time. Traditions. Future expectations. Identity shifts. Social performance. You grieve who you used to be before the moment of loss, and the heavy realization that normal days and holidays have changed forever. ’Tis the Season was created to walk directly into those spaces instead of avoiding them. It is a connected emotional pathway. That creates continuity, emotional investment, a returning connection, deeper trust, layered transformation, and a long-term attachment to your own healing process. This is not just random holiday content. It is a seasonal emotional navigation system for people trying to survive the exact time of year the world expects them to celebrate.

October: 'Tis the Season - Lifting the Veil

This is the beginning of the Tis the Season collection.

When the world expects you to perform, this is where you learn to be honest.

October begins your journey through Tis the Season, an invitation to pause the automatic answers and start paying attention to what is really present. Inside, you will explore what it means to set aside the roles you have been carrying and reconnect with yourself in a clear, grounded way.

This experience was created for the moments when you feel pressured to smile, explain yourself, stay strong, or become the version of yourself that makes everyone else comfortable. Through reflection, truth-telling, grounding exercises, and honest conversations, you will begin recognizing what has been hidden beneath survival mode and reconnect with the parts of yourself that still deserve to be seen.

It may be October and the season of costumes, but many people have been wearing emotional ones long before Halloween ever arrived. This collection is about noticing the masks, the performances, the rehearsed answers, and the hidden exhaustion that grief can quietly create.

You do not have to perform your way through this season.

You are allowed to tell the truth about what this feels like.

November: ’Tis the Season - Empty Chair, Full Plates

November hits a little harder.

You are suddenly in the middle of the holidays again, surrounded by people gathering with family and friends, hosting dinners, parties, and celebrations. Yet somehow, even while standing in the room, you feel more like an onlooker than a participant. You hear the conversations, the laughter, the joy, and if we are being honest, that alone can feel incredibly triggering for some people.

The holidays will never feel the same again because grief has a way of changing how you experience every tradition, familiar place, and gathering. Moments that once felt comforting can suddenly carry an entirely different emotional weight because someone you love is no longer here.

And at some point, you begin asking yourself, what kind of mask do I even put on to get through moments like this?

This edition was created for the person trying to figure out how to walk into the parties, dinners, gatherings, and events without losing themselves inside of it.

Through honest reflection, interactive experiences, grounding projects, and real conversations, you will explore the emotional exhaustion, memory shifts, loneliness, overstimulation, guilt, identity changes, and unexpected emotional triggers that often surface during this time of year.

This experience was designed to help you process what this season actually feels like, while reconnecting to yourself in the middle of it.

December: 'Tis the Season Silent Night

Throughout Silent Night, Heather Owens created her most amazing Signature piece to date. Ordinary Miracles is the most amazing unique signature piece to date. It is only inside of Silent Night. It is powerful, real, honest, and truly reflective. You are given this in steps that you will practice all throughout the book, building a rhythm until it becomes second nature.

I’m not revealing what it is here. I can’t. Because it isn't something you just reed about on a screen, it’s something you have to experience from the inside out. But the moment you open this cover, you will understand exactly why it’s there. This is your tool to reconnect with yourself, your truth, your memories, and the life that is still asking to be lived. Even here.

This cover holds Her-After’s Signature piece, a real, tangible way to hold what this season brings in your hands.

Look around you right now. The world is sparkling. People are posting memories, traditions, matching pajamas, family dinners, and countdowns to Christmas morning. And somewhere inside of you, you are wondering how the hell the world keeps moving so normally while your entire life feels permanently altered.

December has a way of dragging memory to the surface without asking permission. It’s a specific song in the grocery store aisle. A certain meal. A familiar smell. A movie you used to watch together that you now have to turn off. It shows up unexpectedly, and it gets incredibly loud. It’s a random tier in a parking lot, the total numbness you feel while everyone else is celebrating, or the dread of putting on another fake smile while privately counting down the minutes until you can finally leave. It’s that awful feeling of being surrounded by a room full of people, yet feeling so damn alone.

Grief during the holidays isn’t just about missing someone. It is about missing the version of you that existed before the loss happened, too.

This edition is created for the person just trying to survive the emotional weight of December. The one who is navigating traditions that no longer feel right, learning how to hold onto memories without drowning in them, and trying to make it to January without losing themselves in the process.

Silent Night is built with real, grounding projects, honest perspective shifts, and the kind of deep conversations you can usually only have with yourself in the dark. It is designed to guide you through the exact layers everyone else ignores: the exhaustion, the comparison, the anticipation, the memory waves, the loneliness after the celebrations are over, the pressure to perform joy, the guilt attached to healing, and the quiet questions you carry all by yourself.

January: Tis the Season - After the Ball Drops

After the Ball Drops is Heather Owens’ most grounded and integrative work. It reveals how life continues after survival mode ends, how identity begins to reorganize quietly, and how loss reshapes daily life long after the noise fades. This edition is reflective, stabilizing, intentional, and deeply embodied.

It is created for those who have made it through the holidays and are now standing in the quiet aftermath. The decorations are down. The world has moved on. And what you carry is still present, asking to be acknowledged in a new way.

This edition does not push you forward or ask you to start over. Instead, it offers space to stand still, to take stock, and to reconnect the soul to the heart, mind, and body in ways that are practical, understandable, and livable. This is where life is met honestly, without performance or pressure. This 178-page immersive experience is designed to help you orient yourself after major change, recognize where you actually are, and gently integrate grounding practices into everyday life. This work is steady, clarifying, and quietly powerful.

This is where reflection deepens. This is where truth settles. This is where you are handed back to yourself. When the noise fades and life expects you to return to normal, this is where you stand still. It offers space to breathe, reflect, and gently reconnect with yourself after the holidays, offering grounding practices you can carry into everyday life. It does not rush healing or ask you to start over. It simply meets you in the in-between, where reflection deepens and truth settles.
