Sometimes you just need someone to show up with you. Think of this as a focused 30-minute block to help you stay on track. Whether you have questions about your journals or just need a partner while you work through a page, I’m here to help you keep moving. It’s just us, one step at a time.

Cancellation Policy

I know grief does not run on a schedule, and I also honor the time we set aside together. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before your session when possible. This allows me to hold the space with intention and offer that time to someone else if needed. If something unexpected comes up, reach out. This work is rooted in care, not punishment.
